Annual Qualmark Fees
Fee Structure
The Qualmark programme fee structure consists of four tiers, as detailed in the table below. Fees cover a 12-month term and are charged annually, based on the month in which you receive your first invoice.
Charges may vary depending on your business model, for example, if you operate multiple brands or locations. We can discuss any applicable variations once we receive your application.
New applicants are also charged a one-off $300 fee, in addition to the annual programme fee. This covers the administration of your application, including your first in-person assessment.

Your first invoice will be sent following your welcome email, confirming that your application has been processed. Fees are then charged annually, based on the month your application was confirmed.
For example, if you join Qualmark in October 2026, your first invoice will cover a 12-month period, with your next annual invoice issued in October 2027.
Invoice payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, or before your meeting with a Qualmark Specialist, whichever comes first. For full terms and conditions, click here.
